Mid-terms ...

Yes people, mid-terms are this week! For some of you, it began last week. And for others, it continues next week.

I received some troubling news from some of my IO students regarding retrenchment by Multi-National Companies. Looks like the fallout from the financial crises in US and Europe has started hitting home. So how will these people who have been retrenched cope? Were they let off with some options as to where they may turn to? Either for alternative employment, or even, for counseling?

We are in challenging times. And I really hope that this is where we see that strong personal fundamentals are most needed. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going! Question is ... where or what is your personal fundamentals built on?
