A story a day blows the blues away!

Ever since I was a little kid growing up with 13 other family members, I was dreaming. I was always dreaming of fame and fortune. However, my dreams got hijacked along the way.

Then, in my teenage years, I found my ability to dream had come back. And so I dreamed! One day, out of the blue, whilst during English class in Form 5, my English teacher ( an Englishman who's name I've forgotten ), announced that I will be the representative of our school in the elocution contest in our district! And that was when I discovered that I had an in-born gift of communication, especially in the area of public speaking.

I worked very hard memorizing, naturalizing, and visualizing my elocution contest victory. And indeed I won, surely by God's grace foremostly. And what made the victory sweeter was that I had beaten the the contestant who was expected to win, the girl from the Convent Sentul school, who were the perennial favorites in contests like this.

I never turned back. However I did take this gift for granted and failed miserably to fine-tune it. And along the way, my dreams got hijacked again when I abdicated my future to a certain man who then ruled my life for almost 6 years.

I'm glad to say that I continued to dream, and many of my dreams came true. I dreamed I would fall in love and marry a gorgeous woman, and I did! I dreamed that I would have gorgeous children, and I have! I dreamed I would travel, and I have!

So never stop dreaming your life. Especially if you are a believer in God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth. When we believe in Him, all things are possible, if we can only believe.
