Another awesome worship service at FGA Selayang...

The good Lord moved once again today at our worship service in FGA Selayang. After the last worship song, I was just moved to invite the congregation to examine their hearts and allow the Lord to cleanse us. I was the first to respond to the altar call myself - and I was the worship leader!

This call was for cleansed hearts. The Lord had been impressing upon my heart for holiness - His holiness. The church is in a slump. There is nothing much to speak about the contemporary church of Jesus Christ in Malaysia being a testimony to God's holiness. There's barely any difference these days between a Christian and non-Christian life-style.

And so the ministry for hearts that are broken before the Lord had already commenced in the prayer room when some of us gathered for pre-worship prayer. The Lord was already moving gently and touching hearts.

And during the altar call after worship, the Lord moved strongly on a few and there were much weeping and tears. I was most gratified because my girl, Rachel ( 16 + ) was also touched, and later, she shared that she felt "so clean"! That was wonderful to hear, because I had been praying for awhile now for her to be touched. Yet, there's so much more to do. We need to press in and get into fasting and prayer for a greater visitation of the Lord, especially for His fire to touch His people into deep intercession for souls in the nation. His name must be glorified, for that is the purpose of our lives here on earth - to live for His glory!
