10.47pm and still pounding on the keyboard in preparation for a training I am conducting for a government dept tomorrow ( Monday, 7th July ). Never fails to amaze me when the full realization dawns that I have a job whereby I can really influence people with ideas. It's so powerful to stand in front and speak. It's a sobering thought really. A responsibility which must be taken with great care and solemnity. Just one mis-perceived word, gesture, or statement, and you may have caused someone to have a really bad day, or even weekend.
So, I'll be going for tomorrow's session with a sense of dependency on the Lord, for His grace, and wisdom to guide me. It's going to be a challenging week ahead; last count, about 6 public sessions of speaking, training and seminars.
Another word for all my students ... really cheering you all on to do your best in the finals this week. Go LLS! Go PMG!
